This is where you come in :
- Support of our current ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV(Navision) and the document management systems
- User support for Dynamics NAV and all common MS Officeand operating system applications
- Supportand monitoring of Dynamics NAV system projects
- Configuration, management, monitoring and documentationin the Office programs and Windows competence center, e.g. Officeapplications, business software solutions, e-tracking system
- Creation and management of databases with MSSQL
- Development, maintenance and support ofapplications and functions in the tracking system
- Independent implementation of employee training courses
- Coordination of external service providers
- Recording, documentation and optimization ofbusiness processes with the help of current tools and methods
Your game assignment :
- Completed studies in computerscience or business informatics or comparable training
- Experience in IT application operation, automation andscripting as well as operational monitoring
- Practical database knowledge, ideally in MySQL
- Know-how in a data warehouse system
- Routine in the use of reporting tools and a datapreparation solution
- Good communicationskills in written and spoken German and English
- Service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent and autonomous way of working
