YOUR TASKS:

  • Scheduling of the daily activities of the person to whom he/she reports.
  • Organization of agenda and meetings at the highest level.
  • Preparation of various documentation, reports and presentations.
  • Organization of national and international travel.
  • Assisting senior management in their day-to-day work, such as scheduling, travel planning and administrative support.
  • Administrative support.
  • Coordination with other departments.
  • Drafting, reviewing and maintaining the global communication plan, including social media.
  • Event management, planning and organization of meetings, seminars, workshops, etc.
  • Drafting, reviewing and sending communications on behalf of the Executive.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Able to interact with senior management and counterparts around the world.
  • Passionate, creative and decisive attitude.
  • English proficiency (minimum C1, no degree required, but advanced level is required).
  • Strong organisational skills.
