JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide support Key Accounts of Personal Care & Beauty Categories.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Assist Key Account Managers in developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to account management, such as processing orders or tracking deliveries.
  • Assist in the organization of meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Weekly analysis of sales reporting by segment and total account.
  • Ad-hoc analysis of sales evolution based on specific needs.
  • Management of monthly sales estimates by product and updating forecasts.
  • Support the key accounts team with ad-hoc needs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Interest in sales and information systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

  • Team player (empathy) with a customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and a quick learner in computer tools.
  • Negotiation skills to assist in managing agreements with clients and partners.
  • High level of adaptability to cope with the dynamic nature of the consumer goods industry and client demands.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Individual with a keen interest in sales, responsibility, and precision in assigned tasks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • In the case of having completed studies: 1-year employment contract as an intern (without the need for an agreement).
  • In the case of not having completed studies (students in their last year): internship agreement with your university + the option for a subsequent 1-year internship employment contract with Unilever.
