Setting up the working station, ensure that it is well organised to prepare the service
Help the waiters in preparation of the venue
Collect empty plates and take them to the dishwasher area
Help cleaning the table after customers leave
Assists the restaurant team and serve the client on time
Assists to set up station properly and on time for each service period
Be able to work in another area when needed
Follow clean as you go policy and keep work area clean at all time
Ensuring good hygiene and health and safety at all time
Folding napkins
Change and clean ashtrays
Refill candle holders
Refill olive oil vinegar when needed
Ensure the closing team leave the venue as per the standard for the opening team
Attend daily briefing
