Join the French-Iberian LEGO marketing team bringing your marketing experience, energy, and collaborative attitude to drive and develop the LEGO brand in France, Spain, and Portugal?

Core Responsibilities

Functional b rand m arketing on LEGO franchises including short term forecasting, communication, budget planning, execution of the annual calendar and review in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, Digital, PR, Customer Development, Operations and Sales teams in France Iberia .

Liaise with regional stakeholders.

Build plans with the Intellectual Propert ies partner and ensure their deployment, in line with W estern Europe strategy .

Track performance in partnership with France Iberia Business intelligence team and recommend corrective actions if needed.

Collaborate with external Partners (Media agencies, Creative agencies, Intellectual Properties’ partners, etc.)

Facilitate and coordinate the preparation of the regular activities of the marketing department (showrooms, sales seminars, customer previews, etc.)

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will be reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager (Preschool, Teens, Adults) France-Iberia, working in very close collaboration with the whole marketing team as well as other departments.

The role supports the broad France Iberia marketing team’s purpose to own the strategically important LEGO themes to deliver balanced growth, by developing and implementing innovative strategy and marketing plans for the LEGO brand, creating strong demand, and enabling the brand image to be strengthened amongst the target consumer and shopper.

Do you have what it takes?

Brand Marketing experience with demonstrated track record in delivering results.

Media knowledge and capabilities, including focus on Digital KPIs, levers and ecom merce.

Strong analytical skills leveraging data into business results.

Able to demonstrate strong communications skills, written and oral, in English : external stakeholder management is a strong part of the job.

Demonstrated curiosity in innovation in the marketing space and flexibility / willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Strong collaborator both in internal multifunctional teams and external : effective at leading cross functional projects and able to operate with a wide range of people.

Experience in an international company

English fluent C1

French or Spanish f irst language

Spanish or French if not first language is a plus
