Mission

IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. Its International Executive Programs Division is looking for an Associate Director who will be responsible for the sales, marketing and business development of the International Executive Programs.

Main responsibilities

  • Elaborate annual commercial plan identifying marketing needs and commercial actions in the Region, and deploy commercial actions (generate leads, social selling, referral plan, organize events, visit key accounts, etc.)
  • Develop new business to increase the visibility and impact of IESE among the target segments. Lead strategic project for IESE in the Region, even outside of your direct responsibilities when required.
  • Identify relevant topics for candidates from the region and collect feedback on the International Executive Programs in order to improve them.
  • Mentor candidates through the application process and ensure that the admissions process adheres to the strictest standards. Maintain information on leads and prospects in Salesforce up to date and accurate.
  • Manage, in close cooperation with the International Executive Education responsible for Region, budgeting and financing media and advertising needs, presence in fairs and events, social selling and any other commercial channels in the region.

Requirements

Preferred candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in international sales roles in highly demanding environment in any of the following countries: Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy.
  • Preferably from any of the above nationalities or bring solid experience (more than 6 years) in any of them.
  • Solid understanding of international educational organizations as well as IESE
  • Graduate degree: Preferably an MBA from IESE or from a leading business school
  • Effective and professional communication skills and strong interpersonal, teamworking and organizational skills
  • Outstanding relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Highly result-oriented, self-motivated, self-driven, resilient, disciplined character
  • Ability to travel 40% of work time, although depending on global mobility restrictions
