Description

The successful applicant will join the centralized, cross-vertical new product development team to support the design, development, testing and maintenance of new products, focusing on IQVIA’s Regulatory Intelligence global offering.

Main responsibilities will include to :

  • Act as the interface between the Regulatory Intelligence offering (commercial) and content (production) teams and the development (technical) team : Understand offering and content team’s ongoing needs across internal production tools and for the client-facing platformPrioritize ongoing development activity, both maintenance (including bug fixes) and new enhancementsWork closely with the technical team to communicate and clarify requirements Coordinate the testing and go-live process
  • Support on new product development activities outside of Regulatory Intelligence as required, and use this experience to further Regulatory developments as you identify transferable approaches

Immediate areas of focus will include :

  • Ongoing development and maintenance of the new Regulatory Intelligence front-end platform
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of new Regulatory Intelligence back-end platform

The New Product Development Associate Manager will report to the New Product Development Manager roll and will also work very closely with the Regulatory Intelligence and Technical teams.

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

Our ideal candidate will bring :

  • An upper second-class degree (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills to piece together disparate and sometimes conflicting data. Ability to patiently analyze and test large volumes of new product data in Excel with great precision over an extended duration.
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English and a keen eye for detail is essential.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to develop a network of key contacts, both externally and with internal personnel.
  • Flexibility to handle several projects simultaneously and balance priorities appropriately.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to take projects from initial stage to final delivery.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Productivity Suite esp. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • A keen interest in developing and having ownership of syndicated information offerings.
