Location : Malaga, Spain
We are looking for an Automation Test Analyst to test in a microservices, containerized environment. The role includes the validation real-time manufacturing data in an Industrial Automation environment.
You will work on collaborative innovation products to enable industrial customers including prototypes and minimal viable products.
Responsible for technical assessment & test conclusions, as well as identifying Test defects, risks & dependencies. Work with stakeholders on resolution and with multiple high performing teams in Agile methodologies.
Ensure all activities embrace Agile methodology and leverage tools and techniques.
Work with development, suppliers, business, security, operations, and program management teams to Validate production releases by providing appropriate tests.
With us you will :
- Analysing documents (, design, requirements, architecture, diagrams, flowcharts) to obtain an understanding of the product, features, requirements & opportunities.
- Identify automation-testing opportunities to minimize cost and increase efficiency / speed.
- Delivery of Automation Framework based on project requirements.
- Define Test / strategy / Test Approach, overall test plan.
- Defect reporting and verifying fixes through working closely with different technical teams including Vodafone Suppliers.
- Create Dashboard / Reports to demonstrate QA Status of ongoing projects.
Apply if you have :
- Strong Quality Assurance in telecom industry, industrial applications or similar. ISTQB certification is valuable.
- Experience in Back-end software testing.
- Experience in testing applications in Edge Computing using microservices.
- Experience in Scaled agile framework (SAFe) or other Agile methodologies. SAFe / Agile tools : Jira, Confluence.
- Experience in Test automation, Mobile automation & Delivery of Automation Framework based on project requirements,
- Programming languages skills such as Java or Python, Tools such as Appium, Selenium Web driver or equivalent
- API testing tools such as Jmeter, SoapUI, postman & Code Repository : Experience with Git & Git workflow.
- Exposure to DevOps & Familiarization with Cloud (, AWS, Azure) and
- Cloud Toolset ( Cloud automation), CI / CD tools : Jenkins & Containers : Docker, Kubernetes (is a plus)
Nice to have :
- Experience in Mobile Network cores (4G and 5G) and / or radios (, Ericsson, Nokia, OpenRan or others). Experience in Mobile Device Management.
- Experience in Infrastructure testing on physical labs with equipment such as servers, firewalls, routers & switches.
- Experience in Network / Security such as Server Management, Linux basics, Comfortable using CLI & Shell commands, Network tools : Wireshark, nmap, or other tools & Performance tools : Ixia, Smartbits.
