Now, we re seeking a creative UI / UX Designer who can enhance our software / web applications to create enjoyable and user-friendly experiences for end-customers, platform agents, and providers.

As an integral member of the CJ Design & UX / UI team, your daily collaboration will be with the Product team, encompassing the Global Product Owner and the Dev squad.

In this collaborative environment, your main responsibilities for specific assets / products can involve allocating 30% of your time towards UX tasks such as research and testing, while the remaining 70% will be devoted to the precise creation of detailed UI designs and ensuring a smooth handoff to the implementation team.

Of course, the allocation of time between UX and UI tasks may be adjusted depending on the timeline and needs of the project, ensuring the best possible outcome for the final product.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the Global Product Owner (GPO) and stakeholders to identify pain points and collect requirements for assigned assets.
  • Utilize tools and methodologies for customer journey definition, including benchmarking, user flows, blueprint, journey mapping, and personas.
  • Design and iterate from wireframe to high-fidelity mockup, ensuring scalability for various countries and maintaining Design System consistency
  • Support the Research department in testing activities by providing goals, hypotheses, and test materials, and communicate findings and insights.
  • Work with the Dev Squad to deliver detailed UI specifications and conduct simple UI QA to ensure implementation quality.
  • Collaborate within the CJ community to define KPIs for measuring UX and UI success with the GPO and maintain design consistency across initiatives with the UX Lead designer.
  • Partner with the Customer Journey Owner (CJO) to ensure the delivery of a superior customer experience.
  • Foster design best practices, process improvements, and collaborative ways of working.

Your Profile

Must :

  • Proven track record in UI / UX Design, showcasing expertise and successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional customer and user-oriented mindset, fostering a global perspective across diverse stakeholders, including end-customers, agents, and providers.
  • Proficient in Figma / Figjam as essential tools for design collaboration, wireframing and prototyping
  • Proficient in Axure to support the Research Department with User Test
  • Proficient in UI Design and well-versed in design system principles.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a dev squad environment.
  • Strong team spirit with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Effective time-management skills, ensuring productivity and timely project delivery.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish and French is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Miro, Klaxoon, Sketch, Adobe is a plus.
  • Experience in CMS / back-office design (Salesforce / Guidewire) is a plus.
