Who are we?Based in Barcelona, we are a consultancy company specialised in business-to-business sales and marketing for sexual wellness brands.
Who are our clients?We cater to sexual wellness brands seeking to expand their B2B presence, both locally in Europe and on a global scale. Currently, we collaborate with a leading American lubricant brand and two unique intimate toys brands. Our responsibilities vary; we focus on growing the American brand's presence in Europe while overseeing the global B2B strategy and sales development for the other two.
Who is our network?We present and sell our brands to shops, whether specialized in intimate products or mainstream ones. Our network is composed of stores and distributors looking for qualitative, independent, authentic intimate wellness brands. We work with European stores as well as actors in the rest of the world. Our top markets are:
Europe
USA
The UK
Canada
Asia

Our team is responsible for :
  • Strategizing the international B2B development of our clients;
  • Selling our clients’ products to B2B customers worldwide
  • Suggesting trade marketing ideas and implementing them.

What are we looking for?We are looking for someone to help us with:
Business Development: Prospection
○ Qualify: identify, segment, prioritize and manage leads based on clear guidelines (market/channel/industry)
○ Convert: contact leads (inbound and outbound), pitch, present products, negotiate terms.
○ CRM Tool: maintain and update our CRM with prospects’ information and deals’ status

● Account Management
○ Onboard New Customers: product training, client relationship
○ Nurture & Upgrade Existing Customers: close and regular contact by phone and email
○ Support: assistance with the delivery process in case of delay/issues with orders
○ CRM Tool: maintain and update our CRM with customers’ information and report on

● Trade Marketing
○ Implement our clients’ trade marketing activities with the customers to increase visibility and increase sales. This includes but is not limited to new launches, gift with purchase campaigns, promotional campaigns, in-store incentive, social media push.
○ Keep track and report on trade marketing activities sales impact

● Reporting
○ Prepare progress, results and action plan on a weekly basis.
○ Assist in sales analytics, and reporting to our clients

How will your day to day look like?The week roughly breaks down as:
● 50% Sales Development
● 30% - Account Management
● 15% - Marketing
● 10% - Reporting

What is the “ideal” profile?We value individuals who are eager to learn, curious, and collaborative team players. Key attributes include excellent communication skills, comfort discussing sexuality, a proactive attitude, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in English is essential, with fluency in other languages welcomed. Previous experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, or prospecting roles is preferred. Educational background in International Trade, Sales & Marketing, or Business is advantageous. High proficiency with Google suite, especially Google Sheet. We are ideally seeking a freelance candidate but are open to other employment arrangements if the profile aligns.
