Bar Supervisor

Job Description

What you’ll do

• You consistently ensure the highest standards of service, drinks preparation and bar organisation, always exceeding our guests’ expectations.
• Providing the team with the tools needed to bring a dynamic, warm and friendly service to our bars; from delivering wines and cocktails to pouring coffee.
• Ensuring the bar has everything that is needed for our day-to-day operation and the slickest service at all times.
• Assisting and inspiring our guests, sharing your expert knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits.
• You bring your fabulous creativity and contribute to the development of new drinks and offerings, actively shaping the training and development plan for your team
• Encouraging all team members to deliver the most knowledgeable and approachable product descriptions with the aim of delighting our guests and increasing sales.
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations.

Qualifications

• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
• Ideally, you’re currently established in a similar role, having had experience within a 4* hospitality environment, however having a great attitude is essential.
• You have outstanding bartending and service knowledge and experience.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
• You are flexible to work on rotative shifts and on weekends.
• You have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation; you want to be the best and work with the best learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us.
