La Beca se basa en la Planta de Aranda de Duero, en un área productiva que fabrica y acondiciona líquidos inhalados para una red internacional de clientes.
La beca tiene un triple propósito :
- Mostrar a la persona seleccionada el entorno de Producción de una fábrica de medicamentos que trabaja en un entorno muy regulado y que es best in class en los ámbitos Seguridad-Calidad-Productividad.
- Aprovechar al máximo sus capacidades y conocimientos para llevarle a una cultura de trabajo por objetivos de alto nivel.
- Tener la posibilidad de reconocer personas con talento reclutables en un futuro por GSK.
Funciones específicas a desarrollar durante la práctica :
- Colaborará en la gestión / control de las líneas de fabricación y acondicionamiento de Líquidos Inhalados.
- Colaborará en la realización de investigaciones de desviaciones y reclamaciones.
- Apoyará la elaboración de documentación de calidad.
- Colaborará en proyectos de mejora continua de fábrica y del grupo GSK.
- Gestionará datos provenientes de SAP y de otros sistemas y obtendrá resultados que sirvan para la toma de decisiones (data mining).
- En función de las capacidades demostradas se le encomendarán actividades transversales donde tenga que poner en práctica dotes de comunicación y organización.
Requisitos :
- Titulación requerida : Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Biomédica o similares.
- Nivel de inglés : mínimo B2.
Valorable :
- Conocimiento de SAP,
- Conocimiento y experiencia en Excel, Access, Power BI y MS Teams.
