This requires the evolution of the company's existing business processes and the modernization of its ERP / BI systems, with the migration from current legacy IT systems to a modern Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Power BI environments.
The transformation of our processes and systems for the international businesses will span a minimum of three years and include multiple regions and countries.
An ERP / BI Team is leading this global transformation. To support the design, development and implementation of the MS Power BI system and organically grow the support organization, Dedalus is seeking a BI Platform analyst to design and maintain Power BI data analytics platform, liaise with internal customers, as well as support activities, ensuring timely delivery of quality functional and technical support services to the end users for requests, incidents and problems logged in the ITSM tool.
The primary platform for delivery is Microsoft Power BI.
Responsibilities : System
System
- Design, build and maintain the technical infrastructure and components of our BI / Azure data platform
- Perform system analysis, taking ownership of maintenance and error handling of deployed solutions
- Monitor, recommend and improve data governance, including data modeling and data security
- Identify required data integration as well as ensure data quality and accuracy
Support
- Advise and instruct the customer on the best use of Power BI reports to suit their business requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to solve real business problems
- Provide end-user support for BI-related support tickets and triage cases for escalation to 3rd party service provider
Reporting
- Analyze business requirements and translate into technical requirements
- Develop visual reports and KPIs in Power BI
- Develop and update technical design specifications as well as produce appropriate documentation to a high standard according to project methodology and phase
Minimum Requirements - Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience as a BI Platform Analyst, Solutions or Technical Consultant of Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure and related services (including Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics and Analis Services)
- A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience of Power BI system development as well as report creation
- Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions and providing solid process and technical recommendations
- Excellent understanding of BI systems and how they are employed in business use
- Good awareness of the technical components of an BI environment and how they integrate
It is beneficial to your application that you may have :
- Experience with Power BI DAX programming language
- Knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations (F&O), D365 CRM, ServiceNow and / or HR (Workday)
- Experience in internal helpdesk

Desired Certifications :
- Microsoft Power BI / Azure experience (certification is a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field
Additional Information :
- Ability to travel to client locations, as required
- Strong communication skills, fluent English, spoken and written is essential. Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset.
