Responsabilities :
- Lead the Digital strategy, policies and processes, assuring accurate BIM information, data security and compliance within Quark and Sener Group.
- Develop Quark Implementation Strategy across the business and within the clients.
- Manage & Lead the BIM Team, Information Management Team, Automatization Team & Document Control Team
- Delivering better value to clients through automation and consistent outcomes.
- Implementing new tools and techniques to provide better insights for clients and their customers.
- Developing data analytics capability to ensure the best skills are available.
- Developing BI Tools and Dashboards to analyse data & information across the projects
- Growing capability and capacity in the organization to take advantage of new and emerging technologies and techniques across the Data Centers
Experience and Qualifications
- Background in Architecture, Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650, and experience of delivering projects in line with the requirements of the standard
- Proficiency in 3D Software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Solibri
- Knowledge of Common Data Environment platforms and processes required for efficient use including practical experience of delivering projects
- Knowledge of the BIM information exchange processes for the efficient exchange of information through a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- A minimum of ten (10) years of technical-related work experience is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience is required.
- Must possess strong communication skills and technical writing ability.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
