RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

As Brand Management Trainee you will develop, negotiate and implement consumer and marketing strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes.

Co-lead the digital marketing on our brands (visibility, content, local partnerships, Social Media, eCommerce etc).

You will play a role on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR).

You will learn and implement concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others).
