YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Project Enabler to join the Q-Commerce team! In this role you will be working closely with multiple teams, helping them with short-term solutions that you will be building and that will be the foundation for long-term projects lead by product and tech teams.
THE JOURNEY
- Stakeholder management : Global and Local Category Management teams, Global and Local Operations teams, Groceries Country Managers
- Understand business needs and create viable solutions using the tools and data at hand. This would require coding skills (mostly python) but also meaningful analysis to understand the best approach to the given task
- Work closely with Product & Tech teams to validate the proposed solutions (making sure it doesn’t compromise Glovo operation and that they are not working on similar projects).
- Being the point of contact for the Q-Commerce team to build bots and scripts that help our day-to-day operations
- Deploy your solutions inside Glovo technical infrastructure
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 1-3 years of work experience on Tech teams
- Expertise with SQL and some data modeling tools
- Expertise with Excel - Google Sheets (sometimes the information doesn’t come from our systems)
- Must have strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
- Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves and make sure that your solutions fit business needs
