To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST .
The position is based in León (Spain), but you will have an international role supporting different Sites within WACKER BIOSOLUTIONS division and reporting functionally to the BIOSOLUTIONS Quality Unit, located in Munich and locally to the Production Support Unit in León.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the different WACKER Supply Chains and CMO Supply Chain in the different countries of WACKER BIOSOLUTIONS, understanding Supply Chain processes.
- SAP Key-User : Support BIOSOLUTIONS in all aspects of SAP relevant business processes
- Implementing new solutions in SAP : Introduction / chaperoning of new business processes regarding projects, Data Driven Company or Integration of new sites / plants
- Support of plants of Business Units regarding planning and monthly accounting (recipes, product calculations, process orders and monitoring of production deviations).
- Management of new materials applications (MAF process, Key-User) and Master Data in WP1.
- Export control : Master Data management and validation in WPI (GTS, Key-User)
- Close collaboration with Teams and functions like Quality, Controlling, Demand and Supply Planning, Export Control at different sites.
- Support ancillary to production : material to be produced, label, printing, ...
- Production analytics.
- Export control in SAP and Customs Committee.
- Development of standard costing specifications in cooperation with the production plants. Recording and validation in SAP.
- Budget planning support.
- In collaboration with different areas, work on projects, introduction of new processes, version changes and upgrades.
- SAP system contact person for all production related issues, analysis and reporting.
- Support during the annual inventory in case of deviations and special cases.
- Tariff calculation : recording master data in the SAP system, as well as validation of the tariff calculation results.
Your profile :
- Bachelor or Master in Economics, Business Administration, IT or comparable qualifications.
- Long-time and profound knowledge in SAP-Systems
- Knowledge in Biotechnology and Chemistry is an Advantage.
- Knowledge of productivity will be an asset.
- Creativity and conceptual thinking.
- Relational capability and Resilience.
- High degree of self-reliance, personal responsibility and solutions oriented.
- International focus and experience.
- High level of English is a must. Germany is a plus.
- Empathetic and creative person to understand production needs and develop solutions.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
