Job Description

We are seeking a disruptive and innovative leader to drive the success of our company as the leading PH company in the Spanish market. As the PH Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the marketing and sales teams, with a focus on pipeline product launches and expanding awareness of the disease. This is an opportunity to demonstrate and further develop your leadership skills while having a profound impact on patient's quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing and sales teams according to GTMM
  • Develop a clear and actionable strategy to achieve business objectives and create a competitive advantage
  • Drive rapid uptake for upcoming product launches
  • Collaborate with international and regional stakeholders to provide Spanish feedback and gain regional insight
  • Support the Global Franchise Team in developing and executing globally aligned strategies
  • Ensure a fully resourced and operational team, including recruitment, training, capability development, and performance management
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to ensure metrics are met
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate sales and supply forecasts
  • Execute the strategy and prepare for upcoming launches
  • Collect customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and lifecycle management of pipeline products

To be successful in this role as a PH Business Unit Manager, you should possess the following:

  • Ability to develop sustainable commercial strategies based on customer and business needs
  • Talent management skills to identify and develop key talents within the team
  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and healthcare trends
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
  • Collaboration and peer leadership skills to keep the team focused and act with urgency
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • Effective communication skills to articulate a vision and strategy that motivates the team
  • Strategic alliance building skills to improve clinical management

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies
  • Working knowledge of L3 NEXT processes
  • Experience in project/operational matrix leadership
  • Proficiency in business analytics and insight generation
  • Familiarity with the healthcare system, pharmaceutical supply chain, and market access environment
  • Previous line-management Experience
