Responsibilities:
-Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items.
-Take and accurately record guests' food and beverage orders.
-Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
-Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
-Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
-Check and clean the WC regularly.
-Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
-Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
-Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
-Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
-Possess right to work in Spain.
-Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 10 kg.

Training:
Training will be provided in April at half wage to ensure you're well-equipped for the role. Full-time employment will commence in May.
