We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign & Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, with a primary focus on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Social Media management.
This position offers a dynamic and evolving scope that will adapt as we assess brand partnerships and the growth of our Social Media presence.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Collaborate with the CRM team and to personally create and execute CRM campaigns to our brands, including email marketing, SMS, customer segmentation, setting up bonuses, and personalized communication.
- Assist in analyzing CRM data to derive insights and contribute to customer retention strategies.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media content strategy aligned with our brand identity and objectives.
- Create engaging and visually appealing Social Media content across various platforms.
Plan and maintain Social Media content calendars and posting schedules.
- Monitor and actively engage with our Social Media communities, responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest Social Media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance our online presence.
General Administrative Tasks
- Maintain well-organized records and files related to marketing campaigns, customer data, and Social Media content.
- Provide support in various marketing-related tasks such as market research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Social Media platforms and relevant management tools.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software.
- Fluent in English with native fluency recommended, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in CRM and Social Media management is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow in these areas is essential.
- Prior experience working with the CRM tool Customer.io also a plus.
