Role details
As an integral part of global KYC/AML community within Capgemini Invent, you will help our clients towards transformations using technologies to at the very forefront of innovation in Financial Service. We are looking for Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers with experience in technology transformation projects in the banking sector.
Our clients are successful national and international Corporate & Investment Banking companies that require exceptional creation of strategy programs and their execution.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop solutions to financial crime risk management requirements, and work on operational projects, including but not limited to AML/KYC and Transaction Monitoring
- Work with analyst to review alerts in the in KYC or transaction monitoring, preparing reports and documentation
- Design of an onboarding TOM, supported by solutions in a single workflow
- Definition of customer data and document controls to benchmark potential OCR providers
- Experience on Vigilance enquiries for Audit trial, reporting the result of the clients and related persons screening to Compliance
- Identify gaps and proposes solutions that minimize risks emerging from inadequate internal processes, systems, or human errors
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
- 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting or financial services
- Knowledge in regulations in MIFID II, EMIR, DFA, CRS/FATCA or Client Due Diligence process (Client Lifecycle Management)
- Knowledge in AML/CFT (Financial Crime), screening, transaction monitoring
- Fluent English (minimum C1), knowledge of other European language would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel
