WHAT YOU'LL DO
As CD (Career Development) Manager, you will play a key role in helping us manage our career development and talent activities for our worldwide staff in our Design Studios and Data and Research teams. In close cooperation with the CD team, you will be responsible for managing project (with guidance) which enhance the CD and performance management (PM) experience for these employees and their line managers.
You will develop career frameworks and paths for specific job groups, work with businesses to perform role analyses and evaluation, determine level inflection points and requirements for career advancement and craft role requirements and development plans.
You will contribute to the identification and advancement of CD and performance management experience, impact, and efficiency, contribute to the development of CD and performance management policies, processes, and setup of CD committees, manage global projects and initiatives to further advance our function.
In addition, you will advise and train managers and new hires, develop instructional materials and online resources and facilitate briefings and workshops. You will liaise with our global learning and people team on global projects, create analytics, reports and dashboards, as well as presentation materials.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Advanced degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in a relevant subject- 6+ years of professional experience within a service-oriented company
- Strong experience either within HR/people team, or in a consulting firm (or any other professional services company)
- Strong experience of managing projects and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Strong experience in all standard MS Office software products and digital collaboration tools
- Strong experience of Workday (operations or rollout) desirable
- Excellent English and Spanish
