Position Overview :
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in kitchen operations, contributing to the development and execution of culinary offerings.
The ideal candidate should have at least entry-level experience, preferably with formal culinary education, and be eager to take their career to the next level in a new and exciting environment in Germany or Austria.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet the company's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and enhance menu offerings.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary role, with at least entry-level expertise.
- Formal culinary education is highly desirable.
- Strong passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Germany or Austria for the position.
