THESE CHALLENGES AREWAITING FOR YOU :
- In thisposition, you will support our operations team with IT workstationsand the connected systems for our internal and external customers
- After intensive training, you willindependently administer the client management infrastructure andensure smooth operation
- You are equallyadept at using our ITSM tools and actively participate in ITcommittees
- The automation of our servicesusing frameworks, such as PowerShell, for efficient operation isalso on your agenda
- Last but not least, youwill work on migration and lifecycle projects
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :
- You have already completed your technicaltraining as an IT specialist, a degree in (business) informatics orsimilar
- Alternatively, you can score pointswith a similar qualification or professional experience - careerchangers are also very welcome
- Ideally, youare familiar with the workplace (Windows 10 / 11) and the associatedbackend systems (e.g. client management infrastructures)
- Of course, you are familiar with IT systemsand know your way around the relevant processes
- Finally, you are fluent in written and spoken German andhave good communication skills with customers
