Your tasks
- 1st and 2nd level support in incident / change management of the system environment
- Managing the client management environment based on M365
- Maintain and monitor desktops, laptops,telephony and other hardware and software in a qualifiedenvironment under GMP / GAMP regulations
- Procuring, installing, configuring, operating and maintaininghardware and software in accordance with Group guidelines
- Determine and implement IT security measures
- Collaboration in IT-relevant projects
- Collaboration with Group IT in thedefinition of IT solutions
- Conductingtraining courses for employees
Your profile
- Successfullycompleted studies in computer science or IT-relevant qualifications
- Relevant professional experience anddetailed knowledge in the areas of Windows Client Management, MDM -Mobile Device Management, User Management, Application Management
- Experience with ITIL processes and an ITSMsystem
- Very good communication in German andEnglish
