The opportunity

The Clinical Supply Logistics Technician is responsible for activities related to clinical packaging and labelling of clinical trial drug supply.

The role supports Global Clinical Operations clinical trials for Generics, BioSimiliars and Innovative Medicines. Includes inventory control, clinical packaging, label design, accountability, and destruction activities.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Protocol reviews specific to study drug packaging, labelling, and distribution.
  • Creation and execution of Master Batch Records.
  • Design, generation, compliance, translation activities for study specific labels.
  • Responsible for full accountability, returns and destruction of all supplies. Identify issues and notify Study PM / CRO for resolution Assist with set-up and testing of IRT system.
  • Engineer and design product packaging.
  • Inventory control of primary and finished goods.
  • Oversees shipments of clinical supplies to clinical sites and depots.
  • Ensure compliance of Clinical Supply activities with ICH, GCP, GMP, GDP guidelines and Teva SOPs.
  • Participate in review, development, and revision of department SOPs.
  • Assists maintain study timelines with regards to secondary packaging to ensure clinical trial materials are delivered to clinics on time.
  • Oversee maintenance and periodic review of equipment required for clinical packaging.

Travel may be necessary to present at Investigator Meetings, to visit Teva development and Teva clinical team meetings.

Your experience and qualifications

  • College Degree or Higher
  • 2 years experience with Clinical Supply Management : Clinical Trial Packaging / Labeling and / or Distribution and operating in a GMP / highly regulated environment
  • Experience with : MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • English : advanced level (manager is based in USA so all interviews will be conducted in English)
  • GMP and / or GCP knowledge and working knowledge of the drug development process and clinical trials
  • Ability to work under tight deadline and fast-paced undefined environment
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and / or with a team
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Import / export knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge of IRT systems
