SalarioWe are looking for a Cocktail Bartender with experience to join our small team. This is a widely-variable job where you will find yourself sometimes 12 tickets deep behind the bar and sometimes alone on slow days. It's important that you can both handle the pressure of a very busy Friday night, as well as entertain yourself on very slow days when there is no one in the bar for hours. You will be closing the bar alone, so reliability is the most important attribute you can have.
The bar seats 37 people and the staff varies from 1 person in slow times to 3 people on the busiest nights.
The working language is English, so it is vital that you can comfortably communicate in English. A Spanish level of at least B2 is also required.
Experience in F&B is essential and experience as a bartender is highly preferred.
The hours of the bar are:
Thursday 17:00 – 12:00
Friday 17:00 – 01:30
Saturday 17:00 – 01:30
Sunday 17:00 – 12:00
YOUR REGULAR HOURS WILL BE:
Friday 19:00 – 3:00
Saturday 19:00 – 3:00
(16 hours guaranteed)
But there will be more hours during training, and you will be scheduled on other shifts, too, depending on how busy we are or when the other employees take vacation. You must be available to be scheduled during any of our opening times.
You must be available to work during Fallas
We pay €9 per hour and offer a profit sharing system where the employees split 10% of the net profits each night. Payments come every Tuesday (weekly) for the hours worked.
