WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Collections Analyst, you will help boost results in the Collections Business at HQ level through advanced analytics supporting the different management activities.
Collections in SCF has a homogeneous information model in the different geographies which is a Best Practice in this field. The business decisions are fundamentally based in a quite sound data model that supports the management and as a direct P&L impact.
From the HQ team, the role implies a close collaboration in execution tasks with the local counterparts in the different realities of each geography of the SCF units. Therefore, this role allows a practical approach from a global perspective in a central topic of the management and with immediate P&L impact.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Boost Collections results through data analytics and business intelligence
- Support in the implementation, follow up, execution and automation of the Collections model both at HQ and at Local Level
- Central administration of the information model, incorporating and fostering Best Practices and adaptations necessary for each context (local units, external providers..)
- Provide support to central business initiatives and transformation projects
- Support in the consolidation tasks, metrics and reports to the Top Management
- Work with advanced data analytics to support the management, control, incentive schemes, campaign executions and other support tasks to the collections management
- Cost and resource control
- Support budget planning and follow up of targets
- Support audits and collaboration with other HQ Areas
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections analytics
EDUCATION
- University Degree (MsC) ideally in Engineering or Economics.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- knowledge in Collections management
- Extensive Experience in Data analytics and programming languages (SAS, SQL, R)
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Risk and Banking operations
- Microsoft Office package (excel, powerpoint)
- Advanced level of English
