We are seeking adynamic and experienced Communication and Dissemination Manager tojoin our team. This role involves developing and implementingeffective Communication and Dissemination strategies for EuropeanUnion (EU) funded projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in communication, public relations, or a related field,along with experience in managing EU projects or similarinternational projects.
Tasks
- Developing CommunicationStrategies : Design and implement comprehensivecommunication plans for EU projects and at corporate level atSPLORO, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives andcompany's vision.
- ContentCreation and Management : Create, edit, and managevarious types of content including press releases, newsletters,social media posts, and website content to effectively communicatenews, progress and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders,including partners, EU officials, customers and the public.
Organize workshops, webinars, and other events to promote Sploro'sactivities.
- MediaRelations : Act as the primary contact for mediainquiries, coordinate interviews, and prepare press kits. Developand maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance Sploro'svisibility.
- Social MediaManagement : Develop and execute social mediastrategies to increase engagement and awareness about the company.
Monitor social media platforms and engage with thecommunity.
- Reporting andDocumentation : Prepare and submit regular reports oncommunication activities and results. Ensure proper documentationand archiving of all dissemination materials.
- Monitoring and Evaluation : Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjustplans as necessary. Evaluate the impact of dissemination activitieson project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism,or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in communication in EU project context.
- Strong understanding of the EU project framework andfunding regulations.
- Excellent written andverbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and socialmedia platforms (experience with WordPress is a must).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment andcollaborate effectively with diverse teams.
