What you will do in this role
As a Communication Specialist on our team, you will :
- Develop a content plan to help position the business as a thought-leader, drive traffic to the website, and grow the CRM database
- Manage creative and digital agencies as appropriate to deliver collateral / maximise ROI
- Attend the monthly marketing meetings and monthly comms calls to provide feedback on activity
- Develop and implement a lead generation strategy with the Associate Director Marketing
- Support the implementation of a marketing automation / lead scoring system
- Maximise goal and ecommerce conversions on the OEE Consulting website
- Review and control social media channels and content - Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
- Reporting - Google Analytics, Salesforce, other ecommerce etc
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and develop news-worthy stories
- Support and build the best possible case studies and other marketing collaterals, commercial decks and value propositions
- Use knowledge of content to develop topic and themes of events, manage and report on budget and revenues as necessary

- Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish and advanced English
- Have a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Administration
- Have previous B2B marketing generalist experience (content and digital marketing)
- Have solid experience in content marketing, creation of copy and use of different distribution channels
- Have good media creation skills that allow you to create most material independently
- Can put together solid dashboards combining data from different sources
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit. We will expect you to autonomously put together new initiatives from scratch
- Have a resourceful and hands-on approach
