What you'll do:
- Creating newsletters to promote events projects, company strategy and initiatives to a wide audience of employees
- Reviewing, editing and creating various communications content including videos
- Researching content and maintaining accurate content for engagement tracker
- Developing both professional and technical skills and learning to become brand-savvy
- Gaining exposure to senior leadership, organisation-wide collaboration and project management opportunities
- Supporting with planning and organisation of business, social and partner events
What you’ll need:
- Currently at 2nd year at university and eligible to work in the UK
- Eligible for a 13-month placement as part of your course from July 2024
- Experienced in video creation and editing and Competent in the use of social media channels
- Aware of how to use various Adobe software and Microsoft Packages (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent in communicating visually, verbally and in writing
- Creatively minded, proactive and adaptable
- A team player and natural problem solver
What we’d prefer you bring:
- On track to receive a 2:1 or higher
- Prior experience with managing/organisation of events
- A collaborative, solution focused spirit
- Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions
