Job Description

As a Connection Lead, your responsibility will be to lead all cross-functional projects for a major agency client, regardless of whether they are offline or online, seeking opportunities that allow them to grow in the business and the company to achieve its objectives.

This role should be a reference for all account directors, providing support in their daily tasks and focusing on their growth / development and excellence.

In addition, they must ensure a standardization of the work performed regardless of the brand.

This role is a key point of contact for the client and should serve as a bridge with the rest of the company's stakeholders and collaborating agencies, achieving a positive evaluation from the client.

Additionally, it is the Connection Lead's responsibility to control and manage various financial, forecasting, and profitability reports for the account.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Studies related to Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration and Management, or similar, or about 5 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically, to identify trends and solve problems
  • Multimedia knowledge (offline and online)
  • Ability to manage teams

Valuable requirements

  • Have a good level of English (B2 or higher), this will be valued in interview by Talent Team
  • Have previous experience as an Account Director in agencies
