PTC Group is recruiting for a client company in the sustainable fish farming sector, focused on opportunities in logistics, distribution and aquaculture.
Mission
Ensure that new facilities comply with the company strategy related to the expansion and innovation, acting as supervisor of the entire project and aligning all parts with its goal.
Main objectives
- Ensure that the tendering process responds to the needs and specs of the project.
- Focus the construction with the goals (Schedule, Cost, Scope, and Quality) and specifications defined for each project within the area of responsibility
- Work in a collaborative way with all areas involved in the construction and start-up of the project.
- Respect the work instructions that apply to your position according to the Quality and Environment System
Tasks
1. Manage the tendering process, evaluate different alternatives, and proposing the best one based on project goals (schedule, cost, scope and quality).
2. Coordinate and manage the construction process, ensuring the construction complies with the goals (Schedule, Cost, Scope, and Quality) and specifications defined for each project within the area of responsibility (Fish, Food or Maintenance) in coordination with Functional Construction & Start up Supervisor and the project leader.
3. Identify weaknesses or errors in design and / or construction and propose solutions to resolve them and / or improve operations) in coordination with Functional Construction & Start up Supervisor, design area and the project leader.
4. Coordinate and manage the cold Start up (without fish) in coordination with Functional Construction & Start up Supervisors and the project leader;
Collaborate during the startup (with fish) with the needs identified during the process.
5. Responsible for reporting along the construction, startup, and closure
6. Development of technical documentation for grants. It includes the application, the follow-up, the supervision during and after the concession and its closing.

Job profile
Training and Education
- University degree in Civil works, engineering building or industrial engineering, specializing in mechanics.
- Studies in project management
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Experience in digital tools

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (professional conversation)
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
