Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position is accountable for managing Consumer insights projects for Foods categories:

  • Analyze and recommend insights solutions for marketing briefs
  • Develop and manage research studies to deliver clear recommendations based on consumer needs and business objetives

Connect business needs with market performance and consumer understanding to support business growth

Your Impact

As Consumer Insights Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Support the Driving of Insights Vision into OU and act as an integrator for Foods categories:
  • Execute the Strategic Insights agenda for Foods Categories in an Integrator Role, across Insights disciplines (Consumer, Shopper, Analytics), and embed them into business processes to help drive top and bottom line
  • Coordinate research agencies throughout the whole study processes and manage internal processes as well (contracts, payments, budget control)
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • 5 year-expertise on theoretical and practical knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research tools, statistics, sensorial analysis techniques.
  • Digital mindset
  • Ability to set a stretching Insights agenda, across the 3 Insights disciplines (Consumer, Shopper, and Analytics)
  • Insights technical expertise: significant experience and ability to leverage Insights methods to drive business plans, across the full breadth of insight disciplines
  • Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries
