As a team member , you will have to interact with content creators, so that they become part of the ODILO platform. You must search and negotiate with potential content providers to become partners, negotiate content licenses, territorial rights, close deals with these providers.

Make sure to maintain an excellent and solid relationship with content partners.

What you will do at ODILO :

  • Build new commercial partnerships with content providers of multiple formats such as ebooks, courses, podcasts, etc.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of partnerships and legal agreements.
  • Conduct discussions with mid and senior level content provider decision makers and influencers.
  • Manage and constantly update content partnership opportunities in the CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with our content partners and support them to maximize their business with Odilo.
  • Assist the team in the creation of compelling and consistent partnerships proposals, analysis reports or presentations.

The ideal candidate will bring :

  • 2 years of previous experience working in a commercial role, commercial alliances or partnerships with traditional and digital content providers.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive and hunter attitude, must have the ability to identify business opportunities on their own.
  • Organizational skills, active listening, good interpersonal relations and goal oriented.
  • Make correct use of prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Find that lead, cold calling, etc.
  • Proactive, able to work with multiple partners and projects with different objectives and collaborators.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Advertising or Marketing.
  • Advanced English.

What would make us happy :

  • Have worked with content providers in educational or media formats : courses, videos, case studies, reports, articles, educational content, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital platforms in B2C or B2B environments.
  • Experience with CRM software (salesforce, pipedrive, others)
  • Fluency in one of these languages, preferably Catalan, Portuguese or French.
