MISSION
Support Corporate Human Resources in general functions, ensuring and optimizing proper application of Corporate Human Resources policies and procedures.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Collaborate in analyzing, updating and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its purview.
- Carry out tasks requested by the Corporate HR. Depending on the specialization / needs, the focus will be on recruitment, training, development, administration.
- Collaborate on specific projects related to global Human Resources department.
- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor corporate indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of the actions using the HR management tools (especially Successfactors).
- Support and collaborate on local and corporate audits.
- Lead the reporting according to the main corporate KPIs of the area if requested.
- Monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of corporate actions.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving of OHSE and Quality department.
