Cost Accounting Supervisor

To reinforce our Finance team we are looking for a Cost Accounting expert.
What Do We Expect
- In cooperation with all related departments to ensure the process of cogs calculation.
- Deeply analysis on purchasing of raw materials; analysis of price variances introspective and retrospective.
- Deeply analysis on cogs per product and support FP&A team on profitability analysis per product group and support plant controller on production cost analysis per product group.
- Responsible on analyzing manufacturing cost for new product ideas and / or impact of component change possibilities.
- Gives input on COGS during monthly role forward forecast.
- Support FP&A and Plant Controller on present monthly analysis for actual vs budget / forecast variances including narratives to local management.
- Gives input on COGS during budget-three years strategic plan process of Turkey&Export cluster
- Gather information and make analysis for specific projects, present to local management
- Supporting Plant Controller for following up CAPEX project management
Who You Are
- Graduation from a university (department of Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering) teaching in foreign language or having master’s degree in business administration
- 2 years of experience as an auditor in well-known audit firms together with additional 3 years’ experience in mid or big size multinational companies which have production facility
- English at upper-intermediate level
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Energetic, organized and business-driven approach
- Positive approach and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
