Costumer Service Coordinator

As a Costumer Service Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to make sure that all our customers receive the best experience before, during and after their experience abroad.

You are driven to succeed and will always go the extra mile for your customers, friends, and family. You are focused on getting great results, but you don’t forget to have a good time whilst getting there.

You are outgoing and positive. You are great at whatever you put your mind to, but that never makes you arrogant.

You have :

  • Preferable a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communication or Tourism.
  • You were always the best in your class or office for attention to detail
  • The desire to give always the best answer, you don t resign yourself for the easiest solution but the more exact and complete information even if it takes a little bit longer.
  • Great people skills, you don t panic with disappointed customers, on the contrary, challenges and tough situations motivates you.
  • You think smile is always the best approach for everything
  • Global cultural experience would have worked in another country or lived or studied abroad
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Desire to learns new things and be your best every day.
  • Strong presence with solid influencing skills.
  • Ability to develop long lasting business relationships.

A day in a life of a Customer Service Coordinator

  • Manage our customer database to inform, follow up with payments and make sure they travel and don t postpone the course.
  • Customer assessment
  • Reach weekly and monthly targets and other predefined KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work and perform in a glocal’ organization with young and energetic colleagues
  • Weekend shifts are occasionally required
  • Hace 3 horas
