Our client is an international company and a Spanish dermatology leader specializing in solutions to skin conditions and sun protection.
They are looking for a French talent to join their Customer Care team at their headquarters in Barcelona.
You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, have some experience in either administrative work in an international environment or a call center, and are comfortable working with online programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP or Salesforce.
Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service for customers in the French market
- Work together with the sales team to keep logistics up to date
- Build and maintain relationships with customers B2B and B2C
- Help the customers with incidents and complaints by giving creative solutions
- Stay updated on the company's products
Requirements
- Native level of French
- Full professional level of English or Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service or in a contact center
- Problem solver and team player attitude
- Great Microsoft Office skills
- SAP skills will be a big plus!
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Thinking in solutions, have an innovative mindset
