Answering and making calls on time
Talking to customers on the phone and through email to give them info about their orders, shipping, products, prices, and if products are available
Talking nicely and professionally, listening carefully, and writing down any issues customers have
Figuring out what customers need, making things clear, looking into problems, and giving solutions
Calming down upset customers and helping them find solutions
Checking back with customers about their questions
Keeping records and updating customer info in the company's system
Knowing about what the company sells and does
Knowing and meeting the company's standards for calls, like being good quality, handling a certain number of calls, and being accurate
Giving really good customer service
Might have other tasks too
