Main Responsibilities :
- Have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction, product adoption, and customer lifetime value
- Educate clients how to use the software and help them become product experts themselves
- Build robust relationships with customers to limit the churn rate
- Provide customers with any extra advice requested, always looking to go the extra mile!
- Be part of an amazing team of people, working closely with your team leader, and delivering the best service possible to hoteliers and property owners
Core Skills / experience :
- You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written in French and English
- You have at least some previous experience in a customer-facing role, handling direct communications via chat, phone, and email
- You have strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client to provide a personalized experience
- Empathy is one of your strongest skills, you are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and actively handle their requests
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, you are a natural problem solver and are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions
