* Pre-sales Involvement: Support developers at varying skill levels, providing comprehensive technical assistance, and overseeing seamless integrations for our products.
* Post-sales Responsibility: Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt solution delivery, suggesting improvements, and enhancing the overall developer support framework. * Engineering Background.
* Experience working with clients offering technical insights on software products.
* Ability to grasp and understand technical documentation.
