We are looking for a highly qualified Customer Quality Engineer who would like to work for a global leader in the automotive industry.
A large multinational automotive company based at the Electronics campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain). Passionate about quality and industrial automotive engineering and interested in electronics and new technologies.
We strive for a responsible focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring powerful action plans and achieving continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities :
- Overall Customer quality goals accomplishment. Focus on product and service satisfaction
- Manage customer complaints. Analysis and coordination of potential containment activities. Effective on both, problem solutions and communication according Customer requirements & Lear standards.
- Strategies development and execution
- Support customers visits and lead taskforces for critical issues
Requirements :
- University degree, FPII or similar (engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering)
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram...)
- Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills. Proactive and self-motivated
