What You Will Do :
- Manage a portfolio of customers in coordination with the other members of the account team
- Perform proactive outreach to customers to drive their success
- Schedule and deliver product walkthroughs, customer training, and hold regular optimisation reviews
- Provide prescriptive recommendations to customers focused on how they can improve their adoption of the Confluent technology solutions to gain additional value
- Help build and improve internal processes to drive customer success
- Develop a deep understanding of Confluent’s technology to support customer goals
- Understand the entire customer experience, putting customers’ needs first and helping us evolve digital engagement strategies across the customer journey as needed
- Actively monitor and measure your impact towards growing customer health, product adoption, and revenue
Tech Specific Roles
The Customer Solutions Consultant role can develop in a number of different directions to suit your preferences and skills.
If you feel you want to follow a more technical path then here are a few additional characteristics that we will be looking for in you :
- A passion and curiosity for technology with a desire to look under the hood and learn "what makes tech tick
- An aspiration to learn about networking, systems architecture and software development
- A desire to learn about our customers’ end-to-end journey and how Confluent solutions and technology adds value at each point on that customer journey
