Position : Norwegian Customer Support Representative

Location : Sevilla, Spain (on-site)

Employment type : Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a household appliances warranties company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and / or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

REQUIREMENTS :

  • C2 level of Norwegian and B2 English, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Stable internet connection
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and / or service expertise with clarity
