We are now looking for aCX Training Leadwith the mission of ensure the training needs are coordinated and managed for the assigned delivery center ensuring a high training quality standard
Key responsibilities :
- Assess training needs across all functions for front office back office online and offline
- Design deliver and evaluate training for both technical and soft skills
- Create manage and maintain all training content
- Conduct regular knowledge tests analyse results and implement improvement initiatives
- Work with quality and operations to understand agent training needs
- Responsible for maintaining a current training calendar roadmap
- Conduct regular onsite visits to certify trainers provide trainthetrainer session and cofacilitate sessions as needed
- Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required
- Keep up to date with knowledge of our products pricing promotions and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong training content design ability Knowledge ofGDSsuch as Amadeus or Galileo is amust Deep understanding of training processes and methodologies Extremely organized and detailoriented
