Tasks
The Data Entry Assistant for Data Entry will be responsible for processing a high volume of enrollment documents into various systems / databases, maintaining the integrity of all enrollment documents and databases, and reviewing enrollment documents in a timely manner.
Additional duties may also include providing customer service to prospective students and the general public.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist Data Entry Associate with daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate timely response to personal email account.
- Assist with the processing of enrollment documents.
- Must be team oriented, respectful, and approachable, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
- Ability to learn new programs and procedures as often as necessary.
- Adhering to confidentiality regulations.
- Operating office equipment including computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners and letter folding machines.
- Assist and greet campus visitors at the front desk when necessary.
- Assist with Visit Events when necessary.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven Data Entry working experience.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and other data programs
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and admission staff.
- Self-motivated.
