Tasks
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database, as well as performing various administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
- Input text-based and numerical information from sources
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
- Provide occasional administrative support
- Review data for deficiencies or errors
- Type in data quickly and efficiently
- Performs other related duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
Qualifications :
- 1 year work experience in a similar role preferred
- High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Punctual and a multitasker
- Strong attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
