We are excited to welcome a Data Entry Specialist to our dynamic Data Management team in Madrid. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data records.
What you will do :
- Create and maintain data records in EBX with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Verify data using tools like Exiger or EcoVadis.
- Support initiatives to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders about data-related tasks, and liaise with other departments to address data-related queries and discrepancies.
- Extract KPIs and maintain reports.
What you bring & who you are :
- Relevant University degree
- Proficiency in Data Entry and previous experience in master data management or related field
- Knowledge of EBX and SAP is advantageous
- Experience with Exiger or similar tools (e.g. EcoVadis) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Minimum of two years of Data Entry experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with a keen focus on detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
