DirecciónWe have an exciting role in DCS Digital Commercial Services called Campaign Management Coordinator , where you will ensure delivery of omni-channel marketing campaigns through Adobe Campaign Classic and complementary tasks of a Campaign team, using your own subject matter expertise of digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign delivery to provide guidance and direction to campaign managers.
You will be the point of escalation for the group's internal customers on topics such as campaign challenges, enhancement requests, new capability ideas, special projects, and delivery questions & concerns.
You will support and guide Campaign managers on implementing, executing, tracking, measuring, and optimizing the digital marketing campaigns by turning omnichannel campaign and contents as defined and delivered in our campaign Jira ticketing tool from the country affiliate stakeholders into a series of workflows and deliveries in our marketing automation toolsets, including Adobe Campaign Classic.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Work with campaign managers and other team members to ensure commercial executional excellence of campaigns and provide guidance, enforce best practices, deliver insights, drive optimization, encourage innovation, and share expertise with internal customers
- Host and prepare monthly DCS Campaign community calls in order to nurture the countries with best campaign practices & knowledge
- Coordinating campaigns team operational tasks and making sure the group is performing according to expectations
- Monitor workload and assess needs across campaign managers
- Use subject matter expertise of digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign delivery to provide guidance and direction to campaign team
- Act as a point of escalation for internal customers on topics such as enhancement requests, new campaign capabilities, special projects, and delivery questions & concerns
- Enforce adherence to processes & SLAs by both coordination group and internal customers, and define new processes and find service-oriented solutions when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in business administration and strong affinity with tech or Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business mindset.
- 3+ years experience managing campaigns in an international environment and 2+ years experience with Adobe Campaign (huge plus) or any other campaign marketing automation tool
- 1+ years of experience with coordinating the operational tasks and workload of a group - and ability to communicate with and connect different personalities and profiles
- Project Management Knowledge and agile Mindset
- Marketing Automation knowledge is a plus
- Experience as a Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy or other project delivery environment; Consultant experience would be a great plus
- The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English
- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.
